EMDR is an evidence based therapeutic approach that can be helpful with a variety of concerns that talk therapy alone maybe has not been able to fully address.
Psychotherapy that has the added layer of being informed by yoga as a practice and philosophy, in addition to traditional cognitive or psychological approaches. Yoga integrated therapy is a person centered approach that views your body as an potentially powerful tool for insight and information in working towards your therapeutic goals.
